The two-day Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT) course concentrates on technical procedures for successfully completing the restoration of a fire and smoke damaged environment. Students will learn how to combine technical procedures with a practical approach to manage the jobsite and how that relates to preparing a work estimate.

• Contents cleaning and restoration
• PPE and hands-on demonstrations.

Additional Considerations:
1. This course is available online and in person. If attending online, the students must always be able to see and hear the instructor, and the instructor must always be able to see and hear all students, so a webcam, microphone and strong internet signal are required.

An electronic course book will be provided.
3. We will provide a meeting link to the students registered for the online course approximately one/two days before the course begins.
4. Exam registration link will be provided in the same email as the meeting link. If you are writing the exam for the certification, it is recommended to register for the exam as soon as possible.
5. Including the final day of class, students have 45 consecutive days to complete the exam ending at 11:59 PM EST on the last day.

Picture ID is required for online students to enroll and is also required again to write the exam.
