MOLDONIX^TM is a professional strength deep mold stain remover, specifically formulated to penetrate and remove mold stains from a range of substrates: Wood, Concrete, Vinyl siding, Lumber, Stucco, Fibreglass, Plastics, Cinderblock, Silicone and more.

The real science behind MOLDONIX^TM is what sets it apart from other mold stain removers. Mold and mold stains contain hydrophobic constituents, specifically organic compounds called lipids. Lipids are very water repellent and need to be targeted with a penetrating solution to maximize effectiveness of the stain remover. MOLDONIX^TM is formulated to a very low surface tension enabling it to quickly wet and oxidize mold stains for fast deep penetration.  MOLDONIX^TM can permeate past the surface into porous substrates, such as wood where stains and mold are deeply embedded in the cellulose fibers.
