Foster First Defense 40-80C Disinfectant is an EPA registered, ready-to-use, cleaner, fungicide, mildewstat, virucide, and deodorizer, particularly suitable for use in water damage restoration against odor-causing bacteria and fungi on porous and semi-porous materials including carpet, carpet cushion, sub floors, drywall, trim and frame lumbar, tackless strip and paneling. Use also as a disinfectant on washable hard, non-porous surfaces such as tables, floors, walls, coils and drain pans of air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, heat pumps, counter tops and hard, non-porous surfaces, such as metal, stainless steel, fiberglass shower stalls and sinks, finished woodwork, vinyl or plastic upholstery, as well as hard non-porous inanimate environmental surfaces in hospitals, food processing areas, homes, restaurants, hotels, health clubs and spas. It is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria and germs, including Pseudomonas Aeruginosa (Pseudomonas), Staphylococcus Aureus (Staph), Streptococcus Pyogenes (Strep), Trichophyton Mentagophytes.
